Neil Reich was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He loved New York and was passionate about family, friends, teaching and learning. He was an avid outdoors-man who enjoyed camping, hiking, bicycling as well as music, scholarly study, and exploring the streets and neighborhoods of New York.Guided by its mission statement, the Neil Reich Scholarship Fund’s Board of Directors awards scholarships and grants annually to students pursuing educational goals. Through the generous donations raised by Team Neil riders and their donors, several students have been the recipients of the scholarship since 2012.Team Neil raises money to award grants and scholarships to young people pursuing their educational goals. This year, over fifty members of Team Neil will ride together to raise money and honor Neil’s memory on May 5, 2019.
Not only will they get to meet all the riders on Team Neil, but they will get to experience New York in a very unique way. The unique views of the city during the tour are always memorable.
